Okada's business card reads that they are open on Saturday's starting at 4:30 and open until 10:00. Having said that, this card might be out-of-date, so it would be good for you to call them to validate their hours of operation. 301-866-9595 (Okada).

i guess since it is so far from the base they are practically dead at lunch. but that works out good for me
