Best to use tools when loosening lug nut

BUt he was tested and licensed to own the automobile and to even drive it where all our kids walk and ride their bikes, yet registering, licensing and testing did nothing to stop him from doing something incredibly dangerous.
The only way to prevent these dangerous people from driving dangerous automobiles is to ban all automobiles.
Only the military and the police should have automobiles. In this day and age of public transportaion there is no need for people to have cars.

Now that's a good idea!!
