I suppose I could say in a polite way that this man is not the smartest bulb on the tree , but I am not so articulate as Biden I suppose, so let me just say my thoughts on this man in a way most of us can understand.

That is the hottest take I've seen so far.

I saw bits and pieces of the press conference, flipping over occasionally to see if Biden was done yet, and every time he was in the middle of some flibble flubble word salad mishmash stutterfest. One time he was in a brown out and I thought our cable had seized up - turns out Joe was just buffering.

I clicked on a Yahoo news story ( my mistake ) to see how it was being spun and an AP story had listed some of his replies. How they got clear words out of some of the gibberish I heard on the news last night is beyond thinking.
