Does anyone in southern Maryland sell bike trailers? To haul one on, not pull behind a bike

We got out trailer at Lowes, and with VERY little modification I think it would work as a fine bike trailer.. of course if you see my bike on a trailer, call 911, it's been stolen!!

I will be spending a week north west of Pittsburgh in July at my Grandmother's house. Two of my four kids will be going and I am the only driver. My cousin and I are going to make a road trip to Buffalo for wings so I want to trailer the bike. I have a 4 x 10 utility trailer that I think I will make due since it is a limited use thing.

I was looking at some at Lowes yesterday. They had one that was 2000# capacity with a drop ramp. I'd guess it was 6X10 and I think around $2200. Should carry 2 bikes no problem.

Trip was great. Got to Buena Vista Thursday evening. Went to Bedford VA on the the Parkway Friday and checked out the D-Day memorial (pics up soon). Saturday group ride, rodeo, bike show, dinner and a band. No rain till the ride home yesterday. Hail sucks.

IF I had to trailer the bike the trailer we have would be PERFECT.. long drop ramp, trailer is LOOOOOW to the ground.. easy on and off for sure.

At least the hail didn't hurt your bike. Plastic doesn't dent.

I've got goretex lined hiking boots that are EXTREMELY waterproof.. and hold water GREAT..

Rainstorm in Altoona last year, water drains down my pant legs into my boots, took off my boots and emptied out about 1 or 2 cups of water out of each boot.

Found nice tall Gaiters at HTO at the Annapolis Mall, haven't bought them yet, but before my next long trip I'll buy them. They go from about the knee to the ankle, and have a strap to secure them to the bottom of your boot.

Bob, I trailer my bike behind my motorhome so I've got transportation when I get somewhere.

Check out the Hitch Haul site.. I don;t know what kind of bike you are trailering, or if it's JUST the bike on the trailer, but they have a hitch carrier for motorcycles.. No Trailer.
