Billionaire Carolina Hurricanes owner on Wall Street titans embracing Trump: 'Hard to support nonsense'

Trump's pro-business policies and strength on the world stage influencing Wall Street elite

With the November election looming large, economic perils and geopolitical unrest continue to plague the Biden administration.

As voters decipher who to send back to the White House, many big names in finance are opting in to support former President Trump despite his controversies.

"Historically, some of the way Trump treats people doesn't sit well with them when you have choices, but there's really not many choices anymore," Carolina Hurricanes owner Tom Dundon said Wednesday on "FOX & Friends."

There's the perfect "polite" description of the Democrat Agenda. "Nonsense"

any sane person can see that Biden is not capable of doing the job. He never was, but that is arguable.
It can no longer be argued. The man has to go and Kamala is not fit to replace him.
The democrat party has to dump him, but they have no one to replace him with even if they do.

Trump will be the next President and it is time the Democrats call off their lawfare and and their plans for the next cheat and actually do what is right for America.

They don't think things through very well. It's like they have a bunch of ideals that they want to see - but - they're not operating in the real world, and they're not thinking about how the real world will react.

My son has cognitive difficulties - but -he likes to "fix" things. When I'm not looking, he will sometimes "fix" things beyond my ability to set them straight again. My niece, when she was about eight, noticed her disk was nearly full on her computer - so to save space, she began "fixing" things by deleting files. Starting with the Windows SYSTEM folder.

They just - don't - think it through. California can barely keep up with electricity demands - even for people with electric cars, they've proposed charging on alternate days. Well how are they going to handle a whole state full of cars that are ONLY ELECTRIC, and worse as they forcefully phase out all other uses of fossil fuels?

All over, there's this aching for a "green" agenda - which even if we were to undergo a Manhattan Project level of transformation to green energy and pepper our landscape with windmills and solar panels - it WILL NOT be enough for the energy needs in just the next generation. let alone - NOW. And such a network is way too fragile.

My fear is that the democrats have another "obama" hiding in the shadows that they will spring at the last minute and elect on the write in vote. They've probably got the ballots all printed up and signed. The rest will follow the plan lockstep. We've all seen them jump behind an unknown before just because he checked off the right boxes. Democrats aren't known for being very bright. Why think they've gotten any better with age. They DO however accel at cheating.

So Joe will be replaced by a gender-neutral, transexual communist that identifies as a pony.

It's really too late in the game for that. Far too many votes are gained by something as simple as name recognition.
If you were able to scare up another person with Obama as a last name - you could get a lot of votes.

Even LBJ, when he ducked out in 68 - left at the end of MARCH. It's June. We're talking early DEBATES already. And should Biden DIE before November, they'd be hard-pressed to get a national candidate, although to be honest, Biden is so unpopular among Democrats, just about anyone - OTHER than Kamala - could give Trump a better race.

What is conjectured - and I believe it - is that the Dems are hoping, by hook or by crook - to push BIden over the finish line come November - and THEN find a reason to retire Joe. Get Kamala in there - and she is FAR MORE manipulable than even cadaverous Joe, who because of his state of mind, is still likely to go off the rails sometimes.

THEN they can ditch her, in 2028 for someone more to their liking.

These people are not truly stupid and I will suggest they've thought it through just fine. They're getting paid in the here and now, to hell with the future. In the immediate future they'll be rich and have everything they need, and in the long future they won't be here so who cares.

Vraiblonde's Razor: "Never attribute to altruism that which is adequately explained by avarice."

They're not doing these things out of concern for humanity - they are getting paid. By who or what is the mystery, but when a politician gets wealthy on a government salary something else is going on. Look at Chuck Schumer - do you honestly think that guy gives a damn about the environment or trans people? That is laugh out loud absurd.

Things were going according to plan....then along came Trump to upset the apple cart. Biden and the Democrats are doing exactly what they set out to do - create division, overrun the country with criminals and drug dealers, launder money through Ukraine, etc etc. Although Biden is just a useful idiot, it's unlikely he has the cognitive function to know what he's saying or doing at any given moment. Remember the original Manchurian Candidate? Joe is Johnny Iselin and Jill is Eleanor.

There's a meme going around on FB that goes something like: Compulsive liars harm no one; compulsive believers, on the other hand, should terrify you.

Democrat identifiers are compulsive believers. They will believe a lie even when the truth is right in front of their face. In fact, they will avoid even rubbing elbows with the truth lest it shake their compulsive beliefs. They *want* to believe and nothing will stop them.

That's what the Democrat Party has done - tapped into a legion of true believers who parrot talking points mindlessly. They hire social influencers to target various demographics - conflicting demos that would normally have precisely nothing in common - and bring them into the tent. Gays for Palestine - WTAF??? That's always my cognitive dissonance go-to but I might have to change it to "Feminists for men pretending to be women in order to project an offensive misogynist stereotype so they can victimize real women and young girls."

It's crazy, and the believers are ****ing crazy. But the people creating this and running the show know exactly what they're doing.

Where we think the 4 years of Biden were bad, I shudder to think of 4 years of Kamala.

Hmmmm- no, not so much. How stupid do you have to be, to think you could slash the police department and replace them all with social workers? (How long did it take them to realize - that's seriously effed up. Ideology superceded good sense.)

REALLY stupid - UNLESS - you're so in love with your ideology, you are beyond convinced that criminals are just like you and me, but desperate, poor and just need someone to care about them? The left reminds me of those people in Independence Day, standing atop skyscrapers, waiting with open arms to welcome the aliens.

For all of about two seconds before they and everything around them were incinerated.

Really - how DUMB do you have to be, to enact a "millionaire's tax" - and not realize, they would JUST MOVE AWAY?

How dumb do you have to be, to pay people to bring in a "clunker" - and for them to turn around and buy a Japanese car? Or to pay people to bring in guns, only to gather a bunch of outdated or broken hardware - and you give them the money to - UPGRADE.

(I'm reminded of that old Dilbert cartoon, where the boss declares that everyone will get a bonus for finding and correcting bugs in their software - whereupon Wally shouts "Wahoo! I'm gonna go program me a new minivan!" because it never occurred to the boss the programmers would CREATE bugs and correct them. .... which by the way - was taken from a REAL WORLD scenario - that failed, actually).

How dumb do you have to be, to just let hooligans run amuck in your city, burning and looting - because they are protesting something you disagree with - and not think they might decide - to burn YOUR house?

_____________________________________________________________

Maybe sometimes they do think things through - but on a more broad level, their ideology is about a molecule deep.

They're not really that good at it, it's just that Republicans are all, "We want to be the bigger person and take the high road :drama: " Translation: "We're a pack of cowards." The GOP frets that Trump calls people accurate names and cower when Democrats freaking try to jail them.

Trump needs to pick a strong VP in case he, for some reason, gets pulled or removed from the election. I'd like to see his replacement on the ticket, maybe Desantis.

Biden has Kamala, no match.

Trump/DeSantis is a winner and sets Heavy D up for 2028. It's bad for me personally because I'm not in love with the FL LG who would replace DeSantis. But I'm starting to think about an exit strategy anyway, so.....

I think getting Biden elected in the fall might be hard, even with massive cheating.
Bear in mind - he JUST made it, in a few states, and in just a few cities - to push him over the electoral edge.
306 -232

He "won" in Arizona (11) - a state that hasn't managed to vote for a Democrat since FDR - by under 11000 votes.
He "won" in Georgia (16) - by JUST over 11000 votes.
He "won" in Wisconsin (10) - by 20000 votes.
He "won" in Nevada (6) by 4000 votes.

So just under 30000 votes - changed the election.

I don't know if they can pull it off twice. I think there was funny business in PA and MI, but this - was enough.

I just have two things with Ron - one is, he has almost zero charisma. He's great as an executive, but he's a little weak on the political aspect.
That can be good - but it makes it hard to elect someone like that.

The other is - to be Trump's VP, he has to be the kind of man Trump is, and not many in politics are fearless when it comes to public image.
They can't stare down the press and say who the f needs you guys, anyway?
