Oh and I have never need mine or my childrens' birth certificates for health insurance. :shrug:

Guess it is a new policy. Probably a really good one to keep all the illegal immigrants from getting our health insurance. Plus, I'm sure that alot of people cheat by saying someone is their dependent when they are not.
