I am tempted to sign up for a BJ's vacation (Air fare-Hotel-amenities) but since I haven't tried one before...was wondering if any of you forumites had tried them...any problems?

Any cheap shuttle up to BWI or Dulles?

Don't know about the vacation part but there is a shuttle that runs from st.mary's airport to BWI or Dulles. Not sure which one. I have the info at home. will post later if I remember. It's like $50 each way.

The offers look good, but I haven't comparison-shopped.

The sign caught my attention because it identified one trip as being a "Carb Cruise." I know that passengers are fed REALLY well on cruise ships, but that's going too far. If Dr. Atkins were alive, he'd be rolling in his grave.

Which is about what a rental car would cost. If you have more than one person going, rent a car if you don't want to leave yours at the airport.

I always read those vacation offers at BJ's while I'm waiting in line to check out.

Those prices seem reasonable. I think I might try one sometime soon!

Rent a car and drive it to the airport. It usually runs you $40-$45 after you fill the tank (not let them fill it on that end). Make sure you rent one you can return at the airport.

I just took a quick trip to Vegas. BJs Vacations had good prices and no hassel booking. Watch their cancellation policy though.

I'm looking for a door-to-door shuttle to BWI myself and don't want to bother renting a car. This is what I've found on http://www.charlescounty.org/cs/vango/links.htm

It's not cheap though - $100 each way to/from Charles County.

unless it's been restarted in the last month no shuttle - closed because of low ridership.
