I'm not trying to pick a fight, but have you actually witnessed what you speak of? If so, does this "excessive 'discipline'" appear to be unwarranted?
Ex: Your child is instructed how to deliver a punch, but performs the technique incorrectly at first. Does he/she get smacked on the head or on the back? Anything like that? Is your child a novice or one of the advanced students?

I've heard of strict teaching styles at the BBA in St. Mary's. I never saw any at BBA in PF.
