So who went shopping yesterday?

I don't care how much money I'd save, you'd never in a million years catch me out with those savages. I went one year up in Frederick just to see what the shouting was about....never again. Sale prices seem to bring out the worst in people.

No sense in me going. I don't like people or crowds so that would be a double whammy of misery for me, lol

Wife and I had a blast. We went to Dahlgren to Walmart around 4. The store had plenty of cashiers. The majority of the shoppers were a little bit of an older crowd so we fit right in. The store was practically empty of shoppers which was nice. I guess the mad rush was Thursday afternoon and Friday morning.

That's true - the crazies are lined up at the crack of doom and back home by the time I finish my coffee.

Went to the grocery store around 8. Was darn near empty. Got my 3 items and was back inthe car in 10 minutes.

We've done the early morning bargain hunting twice - but there's usually no need.

Both times, the store was set up SPECIFICALLY to sell the doorbusters - and almost nothing else.
There was almost always plenty of merchandise - but the checkout lines were miserable.

:yay:

I didn'c Christmas shop, at all. Although, I did run into Chasey and her Mr. Chasey on Saturday afternoon.

Well, I have a Pickle, so I MUST shop. I grab stuff here and there. We got his big gift during the Toys R Us Liquidation, a power wheels boomerang. We've since picked up the odds and ends...a new set of magic tracks to add to the 10 miles of track he already has, Candyland board game, flannel jammy bottoms and t-shirts, slippers. I still have to find the usual stocking stuffers. I haven't even started to shop for anyone else.
