You along with every other forecaster... 'twas no surprises last night...![]()
Just twittered to me
Accuweather even has a report up that if the storm brings in too much liquid from the ocean it wil bring in more warm air and all we will get is rain. I think a lot of snow lovers are going to be disappointed when they wake up Saturday morning and its raining outside. Mark it down....No more than 2 inches of snow in SOMD and prolly not even that....RAIN event for us!
Are you awpitt's MPD?
Nope, just a realist.
Are you awpitt's MPD?
I heard from a friend of mine who's mother-in-law's nephew's cousin's friend works at the NWS that SoMD should expect between 1-60" of snow Fri-Sat.
Google alerts just sent this one over
Looks like we could get some secondary action
For all the naysayers this is the watch just north of us both watches expire at 1045 tonight. Wait till 1045 tonight or tommorow and youll have a clearer picture I say this watch will move south and cover our area too when it changes to a warning tommorow or later this evening....

Well, I did my preparedness shopping this evening...I made sure we are covered in case we lose electricity for a few days and in case stores are closed as well.
It's win-win cause if'n I don't use up the supplies during this event, I'll be ahead of the game for the end of the world as we know it in 2012...![]()
