i am happy now, looks like the titmouse/chickadee stink has finally left the house, the bluebirds have come back ;-))))
There's room enough for blue birds, titmouses, and chickerdees! Don't hate on the poor chickadees :ohwell:

Mine are back! Along with a few Blue Jays, some Orioles and Robins. Yay!!
I hadn't seen a Blue Jay near my feeders until this year. No Orioles yet, but maybe they'll come by eventually. The only problem I have right now is squirrels have finally seemed to figure out that we're an easy target. :cds:

Attracting blue jays is no longer difficult if you serve their favorite food in a suitable feeder. If you are looking for the best blue jay feeder, I think the SE6019 wreath feeder is a perfect choice. It has a simple yet sturdy design that can provide plenty of capacity for both peanuts and even tubers. This peanut wreath feeder features openings that allow birds to easily access food while keeping the food intact in a sturdy metal vessel. I was surprised at the amount of food it could serve.

Not a terrible thing to resurrect some of the old threads, there are some classics in there.

I've noted this before.... The Bluebird is the state bird of NY, but in all the time I lived there never saw one. I did have a lot of Baltimore Orioles, which is the state bird of MD, but have yet to see one here, but have families of Bluebirds.
