It's easy, all you have to do is say you know everything and everyone else doesn't know anything.
Just do it in disjointed sentences, with bad grammar, and allude to how you are rich and an undercover spy, so everything you do is super-secret.

To answer the original question...if you're a woman, there are a TON of imported men on the base, so there are plenty of pickins that aren't smibs. If you're a guy, even the smibs are mostly taken so you're basically out of luck. The male/female ratio around here is absurd.

Okay, tell me how to get some of these imported men on the base??? I'm not bored yet, but recently separated, so i eventually will start looking for a new man.
