I am glad to hear it..I have to go get my monster in a few..I hope they gave him a little extra to knock him out :killingme he was a hell of a handful this morning..I felt so bad he kept looking at me so sad :( but they said he did great and hopefully he will be calm enough for me to get him safely home and into his crate for a little down time.

How's your boy? I hope you have a quiet night.

We ended up taking Bode back to the doc his incision split. He got some antibotics and cream for his incision. He's been at work with me all week so I can make sure he doesn't lick any. I am scared to leave him in the crate with his collar on.

He seemed pretty uncomfy yesterday, and kept crouching down super low to pee..lol it was silly looking. He actually seems to be leaving the incision alone, I haven't seen him even touch it..I may throw a little hydrocortisone on it this evening so it doesn't itch.

poor bode :( luckily the cuts they make are so tiny and don't enter the body cavity, it will be more of an annoyance to him (and you lol ) than dangerous..hope he heals quick..I know I don't like seeing my little guy unhappy.

Where'd the vet make y'all's (is that a word? it is now!) dogs' incisions? Usually I've had them make the incision on the scrotum itself, toward the back and up toward the *ahem* anus. When Buford got tutored, his incision was at the base of the penis. Weird. :eyebrow:

I dropped Remi off this a.m. to get neutered... I felt so bad, he was his normal friendly self, trying to say hi to EVERY dog at the vets office...it was like they all knew something and he didn't..LOL...goofy boxer :) !! I have ZERO idea how I'm going to keep him calm with our 5 month old boxer gal at home just waiting to play with him..all day...every day...play, play, play !!!

Wow, you will have you hands full. I hope Remi recovers quickly so he can get back to playing. Please let us know how he's doing.

Well, getting him out of the car was a bit of a treat, but once we got him home, put him in bed and covered him up, he slept until 11 p.m....Molly, runs around the bed like a Tazmanian devil... I bought STOCK in the rawhides and bully sticks from Petco thinking I'd need them to keep Remi from licking...little did I know it's what is keeping Molly occupied...FOR NOW !! :) He's laying here in bed, napping off and on and avoiding the sneak attacks from the floor (Molly) every 20 minutes.
