If the instructor is good, you'll be schooled on proper form throughout the entire class.
I broke my elbow during my first and only bodypump class... I guess the instructor wasnt very good

I'd like to give Cross - Fit a try.

I have a friend who cross fit has done amazing things for. That plus the paleo diet. Waldorf is just too far away to consider.
love paleo! Thats pretty much what I do now. Its great. I wish there was a cross fit gym closer![]()
Bodypump was so fun! The music was great and I had a good time. Now that I got a feel for it, I can tweak my weights a little (load up on squats, take it waaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyy down for triceps) I followed along easily and completed the whole class..the only time I stopped was to remove all of the weight from my bar when we were doing triceps..clearly my arms are weaker than a 4 yo
I had some good motivation too because up front this chick had probably the most perfect ripped but feminine body EVER. I was watching her load up the weights and felt like a total wimp. So, I have something to aspire to
I didn't realize that there would be soo many reps, thats really going to hold my weights down, which is ok for me for now, but eventually I would like to switch to higher weights. Still I think I will stick for this for awhile and see what I can do with it.
good time!
Which location?
Wildewood. Gots an abundance of sexay chicks.

You'll be fine! Start out with 5lbs. on each side-I am sure you can handle those. If you feel it's too light with all the reps...go up. I am up to 20 lbs (total) for warmup, but only 14 for arms. I can do 20 for biceps but only 14 for triceps.Squats & lunges: I am up to 35.
I LOVE my Body Pump class!!Tell us how you do...
