is "temporarily closed." Anyone know why? I wanted to go there for dinner.

Good. That restaurant smells disgusting. The bathroom is even worse! I felt so bad for my newborn when I needed to change her. I have been in truck stop restrooms that seemed like the Ritz compared to this bathroom. They need "Kitchen Nightmares" or "Restaurant:Impossible" in there before I would even think about visiting this place again.
I bet your newborn was really upset.
If it was so bad, why did you stay?

Oh I didn't. I ended up going out to my vehicle with my baby while my husband finished up with our son.

I don't think you go to the same Boomerangs that I go to, but that's OK, because I dislike crowded restaurants with crying babies....

Sometimes the poo of a newborn is REALLY, REALLY BAD!!!
I also enjoy the baked beans at Boomerangs....
Boomerang's is good. That being said, it would be smarter of them to put a sign up saying "close for kitchen renovations" or something rather than just "temporarily closed" like now. That makes you think they are about to go our of business, or are having health department issues.

That used to be one of my mother's favorite places when she lived here. She visited this weekend and I wanted to take her there, but no dice.

I went to that place once and that was enough for me. I really have no idea how they stay in business. The ribs were straight from a steamer-oven with no smokey flavor at all.

Famous Dave's and Boomerang's are almost the exact same ribs.
If you want really good baked ribs slathered in sauce, then grilled, hit up Adam's in PrFred. They have pretty good food there.

I thought it was Adams and Boomerangs that were the same (former partners).
