Bouncing Around Southern MD. A moonbounce rental company with shockingly bad customer service and manners.
I rented a moonbounce from this company for our child's birthday party. The owner of the company arrived Saturday morning as expected and set up the moonbounce. He then departed in his delivery van. About twenty minutes later I noticed that he had crashed into a low stone retaining wall at the end of our driveway. I called him to ask him about this and he was unappologetic and acted as though it was no big deal. He even suggested that I was at fault because my yard was, as the put it, too fancy and that people like me shouldn't get moon bounces. I was shocked and appaled at his rudeness and uncourteous manner.
I will never use this company again, nor will I recommend them to anyone.
