You expect maybe a web page for a bowling center that isn't even open during "normal" bowling times? I encourage everyone to write the BOCC and encourage them to have the Economic Development Commission contact AMF and Bowl America about locating here.

The times for open bowling there are most definitely pathetic. I called yesterday and got a list of days/times and thought it's improved some, it's still pretty limited for those of us who are simply bowling for fun and not involved in a league.

It seemed like everytime you wanted to go and bowl for fun, the lanes were always occupied by leagues practicing. It seemed like you had to sit and wait forever and a day to get ONE lane.

Though I haven't tried that hard in recent years, I gave up on bowling because every place was full of leagues everytime I went (in Waldorf and NoVA). I probably could bowl Saturday mornings, but afternoons/evening were right out.

Looking at their website http://www.strikebethesda.com/ gives you the impression it is pretty upscale, compared to regular bowling allies.

Those people suck........... I used to rent cars from Mike Hewitt next door and parked my truck out front. I get back from travel and boom, my car has been towed. I asked Mike about it and he said that the owner of Espranza is a tool. He's had offers to sell his joint along with the award winning emptyprize but just like Roses bar, they stay in business for spite.

I say make the drive to Calverty County to Prince Frederick....
