I finally went to bed last night about 10pm. My "turn in the Queue" email came in about 3:30 am. Of course, I was sleeping.
I got up right before my alarm at 5am (4:54, to be exact) checked that notification email right away and clicked on the link to see what would happen. It told me that I had to get another turn. So, I clicked and WOW! a 3 minute wait!!(I didn't see how many were in front of me)
NO LIE, I was downstairs making my coffee within 5 minutes and the wait time had jumped from 3 minutes to 7. After putting in my email address to be notified - it jumped to 17 minutes!!!!
I'm down to waiting 4 minutes right now. With 6305 people in front of me.

I was able to get in at 5:18am. It was accurate enough from that last time - but the time did keep changing while I was waiting! (went from 3 to 7 minues before I got the email and then to 17 minutes, etc)
Last night's "over an hour wait" turned into 7-1/2 hours if you go by the email that came in at 3:30 am. (with that 2 hour shut down for maintenance).
I looked at every page and there are no "action items" or correspondence waiting for me. There is a little more information filled in one section that has to do with monetary information, but nothing indicated when that money is going to be paid out. My income from the two employers has been verified and sent in (I verified that with my previous employer on Friday, as well).
It doesn't look like there is anything left that I need to do, but there is nothing on the website that explains how long it will be before the first step (notification letter that I am getting the debit card) will happen, either.

I just went to the Website so I can recheck my son's online info against what is said in that letter. I'm 27384 in line.
I received an email last night that I have a new document to read and respond too. I'm about 30 minutes away from being allowed onto the site to read it. I'm really hoping it not something that's going to take time to dig up and get me kicked out.
Well, that was a waste of time. There was no new document or outstanding actions for me to look at. There were 6 unread messages, which had actually been read over the weekend. I tried to mark them as read, but that didn't appear to work. And the queue timer was down to two minutes before the email showed up in my inbox.
Have not received any employment or income verification requests yet.

I was finally able to take another look at my son's stuff and it's pretty much as you described. As I mentioned before, there is no payment history shown on this Website yet my son has received two payments so far. I'm guessing that this Website hasn't been fully populated with all of the data from MD DLL.
The thing is - all of my information was in and responded to by the end of MARCH by BOTH of my employers (current & previous 1)! I shouldn't still be waiting.
It also means, tough crap, sorry, you are SOL since our policy and we know you are all low life cheating scum
