That brought back a bad memory of something that happened locally a decade ago.
An 8 year old was dressed in his Batman costume and went to play on his tire swing before trick or treating. Somehow, the cape got twisted around the rope, and his mom didn't get to him in time.

Wasn't it 2 years ago that there was a story about a man hanging decorations in his garage where he had a haunted house set up? They found him the next morning HANGING as a decoration in his garage.That brought back a bad memory of something that happened locally a decade ago.
