Breezeline failing?

And right you are! (as always)

I called them on my cell phone instead of the office phone...went through the "we don't recognize this number BS" and got a helpfull live body on the line. Turns out this belongs in the check theft-fraud thread....Our Breezeline payment was one of the stolen checks and we missed getting it replaced. All good..they appreciate the $500/month we spend with them and acknowledged we're never late paying. Everything turned back on.
Did you forget to mention the 2 hour wait time to get the "live body on the line?"

Cable internet service is never going to perform that well.
First, everybody and their mother is on the same wire (at least on your street).
They may claim Gigabit speeds, but I don't think you will come close.
There are also minor interruptions in service during every day.
Most aren't long enough to disrupt the VPN, but sometimes they are just enough to disrupt service to the mail server.
Don't forget, the kids are home from school, so the gamers are eating up bandwidth
 
I am paying for ultra-fast and getting ultra-fast speeds when I test. When I did have degradation, I opened a chat and the tech had me pull the power, unscrew the coax cable then screw cable back on and plug modem back in. Worked like a champ. The key was the coax cable. Simply resetting modem or unplugging power didn't fix it.

Oddly enough, I just had an unscheduled visit from Breezeline. He said they were following up with customers who may be having bad service. I told him that mine has been fine, so he said he'd cx the ticket and move along.

That was a nice surprise, especially since I didn't even see or hear him in the driveway.

Anyone else dealing with intermittent DNS issues on Breezeline the last three days?

I hope not.

It was hours dealing with them last time to get it online and working with their systems.

Down the other day for awhile but then again someone was messing with the pole around the corner.
