It depends on what you are looking for. Do you want something that is beautifully and artfully decorated with gorgeous realistic roses and crap, or are you talking about having a beautiful cake that tastes great? I can't do the beautifully and artfully decorated stuff. Or I can, but I just don't have the patience to do it without pulling my hair out. And I NEED my hair.

The ingredients for a breakfast casserole could be cooked in muffin tins for individual serving sizes...You could do a meaty one and also a vegetarian one for variety and to satisfy different taste.
Great idea! I think I'll do that for the next big family thing - nice change from biscuits/sausage gravy that we usually do. Thanks!

lol - it's my favorite; but I'm really trying to get away from the whole gravy thing. This from a girl who'd stay at the Sunday dinner table to have some white bread slathered with gravy. My mom did make some good gravy.
