Hope he doesn't have megaesophagus..might want to ask the vet about that.
I think my grandmothers dog had that. is that where the aesophagus is smaller at the bottom end near the stomach and forces the food back up

probiotic...think I mentioned that before when you complained about your Bully's gas. Acidolphilus is even better.
Did i read somewhere on here Biscuit has cancer?? Cat I'm so sorry to hear that. What type?
Surgery on what part?Mast cell..we're very optimistic. His surgery is next Friday..at Braz Ruivo's place. Thank you.
Surgery on what part?
OMG his beautiful black hair....GONE? WowIf you look at my av, the tumor is just about where the brindle and white come together on the side of neck. But you can't see it..that's just a fat wrinkle. The tumor is only the size of a quarter. Dr. Stankard is removing the tumor with wide margins and also removing the scapular (sp) lymph node. Cytology showed it to be reactive so lets hope the biopsy shows the same. Dr. Braz-Ruivo okayed him for surgery and Dr. Arrington (BR's wife) is the oncologist.
Odd...BR was completely bald when I saw him the other day..as if he was having "treatment."

What's "reactive"?
are they all outside until you get all the bowls down in each room? WOW that boggles my mind, feeding them in separate rooms....i don't think i could do it.
Mine all RUN to their respective crates and peep out and up at me, waiting patiently (most of the time). I feed once a day.
They also get their "treat time" together at 8 every night and will let you know when you are tardy in giving them their treat. they all run to different parts of the house depending on where I or hubby are at that time.
O I C. How did you? Did you feel the lump?Like when you have an infection, a lymph node will swell because the infection will drain into the lymph node. So his lymph has cancer cells but not many so it is believed to be "reactive" rather than "involved." If this remains to be the case through the biopsy, his staging will be much better and if the tumor is removed with clean margins (no cancer cells other than the tumor), his prognosis is excellent.
He doesn't know there's a thing wrong with him.

Tardy.. Biscuit is one of the most punctual dogs I know and he is extremely vocal when mom & dad are off schedule. He was beside himself last week when he had to go to his surgeon and couldn't have his breakfast.
