• CNN HLN (Erica Hill=) reports he had some psychological problems during and after the shooting of the Batman movie.
• CNN reports the pictures of a man being carried out on a stretcher are in fact images of Heath Ledger.
• CNN also reported that he had been dating Lindsay Lohan (yup, that's what did him in )

tmz is reporting he had pneumonia at the time of his death. At the police press conference they said that they can not rule out anything at this point.
