If you could have any burger in the world, where would you get it from?

One of my most memorable burgers was at Road Kill Cafe in Seligman, AZ. It had bacon and hashbrowns on it. OMG so good!

Hatch, NM. Sparky's green chile cheeseburger with extra cheddar cheese. 2nd would be a burger from Mission in Newport, RI.

The best I've had in the last several years was from Ted's Bulletin in MoCo.

Around here, I haven't had a good burger at a take-out or restaurant in years. IMO, a good burger to me is somewhat greasy, crusty on the outside and juicy on the inside. The burgers I've had lately are way too dry, seems like they use 95/5 hamburger, way too lean..When I am grilling, I prefer 75/25 hamburger, or 80/20 and a VERY hot grill, sear to crustiness, then off the heat for 4 or so minutes. Hamburgers aren't health food, why do they try to make them that way. Just my opinion :)

Edit I stand corrected, I did get a great burger at Jerry's Bistro (next to the bowling alley) in the last year.

There is a place in Murrells Inlet,SC that has the best, handmade, cheeseburgers and onion rings. I cant think of the name of the place, but, we have one every time we go to Myrtle Beach.

There's a mom and pops breakfast and lunch only restaurant in Tucson, can't remember the name but we called it the crazy clown cafe because it was decorated with hundreds of little clown figurines, murals, knick-knacks.

Anyways, they had a burger that was mostly normal (toasted burger bun, lettuce, tomato), but had a fat slab of prime rib and there was au jus if you wanted to dip it. If non-ground meats count then that's my favorite.

River City Cafe??

If that was about my post, I honestly cant remember the real name. Was run by an old german lady and had an early bird breakfast special ($3 before 630 I think) that was eerily similar to the Denny's grand slam.

The local county fair...you just know when they take it out of the water, it's guaranteed to be juicy...I just love the natural flavor of soy beans...
