Burglar found asleep on Couch

Breaking in is so hard to do, at least that may be what exhausted this guy so much. On 4/4/04 7:45 PM St. Mary's Sheriff's Deputy Kirkner responded to Lexington Park for the report of a burglary, say police. Investigation by Deputy Kirkner revealed Joseph Harrod had entered the residence through a bedroom window and was found sleeping on the victims sofa. Harrod was arrested, charged with Burglary, 4th Degree, and incarcerated in the Detention Center pending an appearance before the District Court Commissioner.
