Hi Kitty! La la la! :lmao:

The reason we bring up Clinton when you all libs start Bush-bashing is because your boy set the tone. I didn't notice any of you getting all indignant when Clinton blatantly broke the law and gave large favors to HIS cronies. Now all of a sudden you've found your moral outrage.

Had the Dems not excused and whitewashed Clinton's criminal and unethical behavior, we might be a little more inclined to listen to ya'll beefs.

Warm welcome to you.

You are not all bad - and no - in fact we welcome differing opinions here. If we were all sitting around saying the same thing and agreeing - this would be a pretty boring forum!!

But can you come in a wee bit less explosive next time? Don't expect rudeness to be answered with thanks for your opinion (even if it is wrong  )

Explosive? Not trying to be rude, but the denial in this thread - it's pretty tragic. I would think that conservatives would welcome the ability to see themselves through the eyes of others.

Every Bush failing (and there are many) is always met with a reference to Clinton, usually accompanied by intern and kneepad jokes. Is that the only weapon they have to defend against the evidence of Bush ineptitude?

Don't conservatives see that this is an unhealthy obsession?

I've never liked Bush - never thought he would make a good President. Even if I didn't consider him a common criminal, I think that we should have an intelligent man running the country. Bush is not intelligent. At all. To claim otherwise is naive at best and stupid at worst.

Bush is not intelligent.
Don't tell me, Kitty, let me guess...you voted for that bastion of intelligence, Al Gore?
:roflmao:

Don't conservatives see that this is an unhealthy obsession?
Unlike, say, the HEALTHY obsession of all things Clinton?
:roflmao:

Yes, I voted for the man who actually won the election, and while he may be lacking in some areas of intelligence (he is, after all, a man) he is so far above Bush as to make your comment ridiculous.

Under Clinton's Administration. I was employed, with money in my 401K. I wasn't afraid that my favorite nephew will eventually die in some hellhole in the Middle East. If that's obsession, then I'm guilty.

Sorry kitty head back to the litter box. The electoral vote is what counts and since he won FL...

My Sweetest Boy
and if I recall correctly

you CAN get more votes and NOT win the presidency. It's the electoral vote that counts..Bush did win that.

Well, there were a lot of other people's sons, daughters and favorite nephews who died in some hellhole during the Clinton Administration. Also there's a school of thought that says if Clinton had taken care of business on his watch, this whole 9-11 business would have never happened.

You might want to do a little homework before you come on next. Like, say, checking to see who, in fact, is the current President of the United States. Especially since the Clinton News Network and other liberal bootlicking media have already come out and said that if all the votes were tallied correctly, Bush would have STILL won.

You're only confusing it with unimportant facts. They never sink in.

This recent tax break is further proof that our president is in the pockets of the big corporations that are run by greed and not compassion. Everyone but the people have a place in the White House. Have you realized that the economic forum in Texas is being called the President's Economic Forum? Its not America's Economic Forum, its the president's. No new solutions have been proposed to curb the current problems and the forum just provides the administration with the echo of their own voice. Thank you for informing the people of this county of the big business corruption of the White House.
Back in August 2002....:coffee:
