And there is still lots of plexiglass up at businesses that do let you in. That small hole in the glass at the banks is not large enough for me to pass my stack of cash thru. Ridiculous.
Not everybody has mad stacks as big as your's, Mr. Money Bags.

It was recommended I go for physical therapy since a recent cortisone injection did NOT work; in fact caused me more pain in my back in places that were not previously inflamed.
It was not mentioned on the phone that I needed to be masked and upon arrival, I was informed to be seen, a mask was required. I informed them I would wear a mask today and would not be back.
The physical therapist was great and very professional. She showed me exercises and stretches and gave me a print out as well as a web site to go to if I had any issues about doing them properly.
I understand they work with a lot of elderly patients- well more elderly than me  but sorry, my face covering days are over.

Before I put the mask on for these places I cough on the outside of the mask and make sure they see me do it.

Did you know that taking a quality B12 supplement everyday, (which helps with nervous system repair, development and maintenance), along with a high quality virgin cod liver oil, or virgin raffish oil, both of which are in naturally high in anti-inflammatory Vitamin D, (along with high in omega 3's, antioxidants), is a great way to reduce and/or eliminate body inflammations, allowing your body's natural healing process to do its magic?

Heal thyself. There are no magic, (excepting some very few things), instant gratification modern healing medicines, only maskers of the underlying problem. It took time to get where you are, and will take time to naturally heal yourself. Why not give it a try, on your own terms, rather than from the profit seeking industry known as the medical and pharmaceutical industrial complex?

Here is a video that might help you to understand better how cortisone injections, man-made steroids, affect the body. Though there may be temporary relief when using them, the long term effects and further damage they cause cancel out any stated, and, short term, benefits.
