It's pretty telling when someone who claims to be knowledgeable about politics doesn't even know who Willie Brown is and how Kamala got her, um, start. It's not a big secret and has been widely reported. So the SMC79s of the world don't even bother to consume any news at all; apparently they get their information from randos on Tik Tok.

This is interesting and something I was without previous knowledge of.
Not that I keep up with all of the offices in St. Mary's.

I was a juror on a case that Fritz personally tried and he was absolutely terrible. Maybe I am making an unfair comparison because they only other one I have to compare was a federal prosecutor in the Greenbelt MD court who was flat out excellent. Fritz looked like an uneducated hillbilly saying "I know she did it"

I don't doubt it, I never met Fritz or saw him in action, but I know of several criminals that walked while he was in office, and I voted for Yumi, but that doesn't answer my question asked in my post.

Odd, you know who succeeded him when he stepped down as Mayor of SF (term limits, he never lost an election)? That's right, the current Governor Gavin Newsome.
