It says he was shot in the chest, which would not make sense if he was running away. But running towards the officer doesn't make sense either unless he was (obviously dumb, high, or drunk and) brandishing a weapon of some sort. Article missing info or incorrect somehow.

Maybe he was running from an officer and there was another officer hiding in the bushes and that officer shot him in the chest. Or maybe the bullet was to his back but went through to his chest and out. Either way, who really gives a flying fluck?

I watched one of those po po shows last night as a dude crashed a roadblock at 100mph. He was a mental case and actually thought he was chasing a drug dealer and the cops were behind him to back him up.
