I'm wondering if the hospital supplies abdominal support belts post-surgery or if I'll need to supply my own. Anyone with any experience?

If they do not, do not get the Medela post partum support belt. Tried it and it did not provide any support. You are better off with an Ace bandage.

I had two c-section surgeries. First one was at Calvert and second one was at St. Mary's County. They didn't give me any belts at either one. :shrug:

I have had 5 c-sections @ St. Marys and only got the velcro belt twice and the 2nd time I had to ask. The do have them so just ask sometimes they get busy and assume you got if you dont ask.
