Really needs to hire a few more cashiers.

This why I shop so early at Lowes. Get what I need and get the hell out. Can't deal with long lines. Matter of fact going tomorrow morning right as the store opens. Not taken hubby because he seem's to want to buy everything . Everywhere need more cashiers.

Big Box stores like that hire only a few cashiers for the "down time" and they all go by what corp. says and tells them to do. I have yet to go to a Lowes that is helpful.....would rather go to Home Depot and get real help.

Sun....8 am.

Thank you
I knew what hours doing the week. Would be at Lowes a lot when I was working over that crazy bridge. Was not sure about weekend hours.
Daughter has dad truck so she better be ready when I call her at 7 am tomorrow morning. She thinks she owns it.

I love Lowes. It's always crowded and I'm not an early riser on the weekends. I chat it up with the people in line with me. They have the self check-outs now, but they don't work so good.

If you need anything, DR can tell you what aisle, what height it is at, how far down the aisle, whether it is on the right or left. I have friends call me when they are in there to say, "Can you ask ... where this is?" He is in there 4 days a week. I think, along with the gold-plated Xmas ornament they send us yearly, they also send him a map. He's good.

A month ago hubby and I went to Lowes. Were looking for everything to redo bathroom in basement. Tub, sink the whole nine yards. I ask this guy if he had this one tub and he told me yes. I also told him to get it down for us because we wanted to buy it. We waited for the longest time and we also notice the guy was talking for a long time with another person that work at Lowes. After hearing for over 15 minutes what they were saying I finally went over to them, ask the guy are you going to get the tub I ask you to get us. He has the nerve to say " OH I DID NOT HEAR YOU SAY YOU WANTED IT " Well I came right out and told him if Home Depot was closer I sure as hell would not come to this store. I was so pissed off.
I heard a while back Home Depot was coming in that area but have no ideal what happen to that. Would be nice because I like them better.

Hate Lowes

I hate Lowes. Hate it! Absolutely hate it! They are always so nasty there. I was in there a couple of weeks ago, trying to find post lights, and they were having an employee meeting right by me, manager, asst. managers, and all workers, so I figured they would help me as soon as they were done, because there was noone else around. None of them were willing after the meeting was done, not my area.

Forget them. I would rather pay more and go to Dysons. The only reason I was there was because Dysons was closed. At Dysons, yes you have to order some stuff, but they are a lot nicer, and help me find things. I bring in the parts, and they make it work.

It's aisle/shelf/bin#. Amateur.

:lmao:

They can be disorganized and they're restocking leaves a lot to be desired. Never go there any time after 10am on a nice spring weekend.:jameo:
Most weekends for that matter.

:yeahthat:
It's easier to drive to Leonardtown True Value, than go to Lowes. Most of the time I have had no less than 3 employees ask what I'm looking for before I can get to the back of the store to get some bolts or whatever I'm looking for.
