I am indeed not Jeff. He helped me out a BUNCH setting up my scanner though, basiclly gave me an antenna and an antenna mast, then helped me run the cable and install the thing.

They had been broadcasting over local radio about this drill today and I remember thinking I bet this would happen and someone would post it as a real event......... sure enough.
