Saw this in the recent edition of USA Today. Wondered if there are any haiku artisans out there?

What's haiku? The ancient form of Japanese poetry is composed of three lines, with five syllables in the first, seven syllables in the second and five syllables in the third.

 It's all good. I was just a little confused. Some things get by me, but then FT catches 'em and has a field day. :tantrum

Maybe I need to do one for you. :bubble: Hmm... :putsonthinkingcap:

I give it three: kwill-e-ah

Since I have first been here, I pronounce it Kwill-ya (I am from Texas) -- Like, you better watch out because she is going to Kwill Ya! (I add the Ya but pronounce it "uh" actually.. But I see it read as Kill ya)

Maybe her first posts just got me imagining her as a knife wielding psychopath.

Well, I think she said she pronounces it "ka-willa" (the same way my husband says it  imagine that).

Texas is sexy. I like your way. :yay:

KWA, kwacha, kwanza, kwashiorkor, KWIC :ohwell:

She's not really a word. She's an acronym.
