Canon Pixma MG6320 Shooting Blanks

Blanks as in blank pages when trying to print via wireless, or from a web page... also happens when I plug the usb cable in, blanks from web pages...If I print a file like a text or word document it works fine, WTF??

I have the latest drivers from canons site, and firmware, I just opened this printer today and installed it (xmas gift) and its set as the default printer and shows as online in windows properties yes I removed the old one from the computer, anyone have any clue as to WTF is going on with this thing? I have tried everything related to or similar to google searches on this, I've been messing with it for hours and im going to bed heh grumble grumble grumble, damn thing!

?? I have not tried to print from my smart phone yet, just my laptop, the printer is running on my wireless home network and is not hooked up to my computer with a usb cable

Have you checked to make sure it's set up as your default printer for the computer? Not just for Office (or Word or whatever you're using) :shrug:

Yes its the default and ONLY printer on my computer/network!

Ive never had this issue with a printer in over 25 years of my geekness lol this thing is brand new!

I just uninstalled all of the software loaded on the included cd and uninstslled the printer...rebooted and downloaded only the nesseccary drivers to run the printer from canons web site...same thing...blank pages

I just uninstalled all of the software loaded on the included cd and uninstslled the printer...rebooted and downloaded only the nesseccary drivers to run the printer from canons web site...same thing...blank pages

Um... Ok. Just try this and see what happens. Drag and drop pic to desktop. Then right click and choose print.

Maybe the file format isn't supported?

Well i uninstalled everything again, then just installed the print drivers w/o all of the crap software that came with the printer, then I re did all of the maintenance options, realigned the print heads, did a deep cleaning, etc etc etc, and viola, shes printing again. pita but dang it prints fast lol thanks for the suggestions everyone
