There's got to be something you can use to keep you from getting a cold like you did. Nasal spray every stop maybe? Anyway good for you.
People do not get sick for being out in the cold.

My theory is as stated before. On motorcycle and also on airplanes rides your sinuses get dried out. They are your first line of defense against the viruses etc. Has nothing to do with cold. It's low humidity or high airflow which dries them out.
