Again. Which begs the question: Why would a business owner that just opened a business in this climate leave their operation to substandard personnel, in addition to not being on site themselves to ensure the successful operation of their new infant business? It tells me the the owner does not have his heart in the business at all and deserves the negative publicity, to teach him a lesson. Especially when attempting to ride upon the coat tails of the first responder mantra having an Emergency Medical Services parking sign and a bull with a fireman's hat, little fire engine toys on a shelf, and who know's what else. He should be the cook, along with all the other hats a business owner wears, with an apprentice next to him watching and learning. No. He failed. If he wants to succeed, he has a lot of work ahead of him.Yes but the employees make it a whole different story. Some of these places go thru cooks like running water.
