Car electrical repair

Nothing to see here
Is there a good shop that specializes in car electrical systems? I see one in Hughesville advertised but wondered if there are others with good feedback. Something is draining my battery and I believe it is related to the electrical door lock system. I have not had the time to trace out the circuit or when I do have time, it is raining or too damn cold. It is my belief that there is a short that is holding the actuators closed and not releasing it. As soon as I restore power, the door locks lock. The driver and passenger lock/unlock switch does nothing. I hear the relay click when I hit the lock button. It is not the switch or relay. Wondering if it is with the aftermarket alarm system a previous owner had installed and something is bad.

The aftermarket alarm/security systems can be a nightmare. Most times there is not a schematic and many installation "technicians" are inept when it comes to soldering/crimping and wire routing. I had an 89 Mustang GT vert that had one that caused me nothing but problems. I ended up just ripping it out. Problems solved.

Agree, had a 89 vette with an aftermarket alarm system, had nothing but problems until I took it out.
