This is about the tenth article I've read on this, and it seems to me that if you REALLY want to fix the world's atmosphere,
it MUST include two things - a way to actively scrub CO2 from the atmosphere - and to plant more plants where CO2 can
ultimately be removed - plants that are harvested and stored away somewhere.
