Yeah, i know i was being impatient and cheap. Im just going to stick to frontline and flea colars as i was before.
Why do Frontline and flea collars? I hate flea collars.

I love:

Dog supply, Pet meds, Pet medication, Pet medicine at Equine-Mega-Store online pet supply store
Both are VERY reasonable and based out of Australia. I use Revolution for our guys and love it. Pixigirl is right you can purchase them OTC now too, but they were at one point only through your vet. Avantage, Frontline, Revolution and Advantix are all great products for fleas. They are all pestisides and there will always be a critter out there to have a bad reaction, I don't doubt that, but I have NEVER heard the number of horror stories that I have heard with Hartz![]()

GQ, go to Petco, Southern States or your vet and get some Frontline. It's more expensive than the off the shelf crap but it works. One tube costs $10-$15 depending where you get it from but lasts up to 3 months for fleas and it really works.
Why?
That shouldn't be the case unless you mean they gave the wrong doses in the wrong packages because these are the same formulas. Even rabbit, guinea pig and rat owners and rescues use the proper dosing of the cat and dog products to deal with fleas and mites. Many of original OTC products will specifically state that these are not the same products and what is for dogs can not be used for cats, could you be thinking of one of these and not Frontline?

Frontline for cats and dogs is the same exact product. One of the vets I use to work for use to use it on himself before he went camping.

You're freaking awsome!
Thank you
Another way to save if you are comfortable and familiar with using a syringe is to buy big and dose yourself. For example, if you purchase the largest dog dose for 34.95 (3 month supply) instead of the cat dose for 29.95 (3 month supply) for one cat you could get 8 doses out of one large dog tube!!!! The largest dog tube is 4.02 ml, a cat only gets .5 ml - so you would get 24 doses in a 3 month supply!! This is a great savings for a multi pet home. I had always done this with Frontline, but when we started fostering with PAWS I was thrilled to find out you can also do this with Revolution (this also works with Advantage)![]()
Frontline is, but I'm not sure all are. Or maybe they are all now, but I know Bio Spot used to be different. The label on the dog packaging said "DO NOT APPLY ON CATS."
