I still don't get why people don't look at their credit card slips before they sign them, and then b!tch when they call and the business won't give them a "credit". Usually, if you politely ask your server or a manager to correct a mistake (be it the food or the bill), they'll hook you up.

I think Vra should merge all 50 threads about this sucky place into one Catamaran's SUCKS thread. I have never liked the food or waitstaff there. The do have great DJs and their bar manager (Ricky) isbut the restaurant needs to get their sh*t together. It's always been awful. Hopefully their time with Gordon will improve the place!
