No, it's a spray... it comes in a little can... which is why the price nearly chokes you, however it's a godsend miracle spray and I think I'd die if I didn't have it in my hair product line up.

well Id rather be at hooters tonight as well but its a starbucks night instead so next week ITS ON!!. Toss in the fact that some of you arent aloud after dark and some are just to afraid to actually come out then ya. Getting people to sb is always a hassle. But its still a good group coming tonight.
