So whats for dinner tonight? Ive been on this mexican craze lately and I think it is only going to be cured if I actually go out to eat instead of making it at home. The rice they make is so good, and the sauces too for the enchiladas. I try to make the rice at home but I can't get close.

I make the BEST mexican dinner. Next time I have Mexi night Ill let you know. Tonight for me will probably be a buba burger and fries.
