Does anyone know the number to the Grill Sargent?

The Grill Sergeant in Solomon's catered our family reunion picnic at Solomon's Rec. Center this past June. They brought out the food, set in on a table in those big disposable roasting pans and left. We had Potato Salad sitting in the 95+ degree heat with no ice or anything until someone from our group was able to empty out a duffle bag and go and buy ice. I would think that if you are a catering company and know food is going to be out like that (which they did know) they could have at least provided us with another tray or something to put the ice in. That is just my opinion and maybe I was expecting too much. Also, for those that don't like or can't have their food spicy, their pulled pork had lots of onions and peppers of some variety in it, which made it quite spicy and too much for some of our elder family members to enjoy.
