How is Steve Morgan ?

He used to be like a lead caterer for Paulie - the person in charge when Paulie wasn' there. If he's out on his own, I can't speak for him, but like I said, I'd go with Bailey's if it were me. Personally, I don't care for him.

Thank you, looking for suggestions, I have never had anything catered.

Checking out Baileys now ...

And, it's hard to keep fried chicken hot and crispy. Not a very good choice for a wedding (greasy).

haha, i think fried chicken is soooo tacky for weddings, unfortunately my other half HAS TO HAVE IT! I talked him into having just boneless fried chicken, the caterer im using does make the most awesomess fried chicken ever :) She keeps it hot and good too :) mmmmm i so hungry now!

I agree. Bailey's makes a Chicken Divan, Chicken Cordon Bleu and a Chicken Fettucine Alfredo that's more appropriate for a wedding.

You had a party for 5 people catered?

No, the company had Christmas party for their clients from the base, which was about 200 people. Our office was only 5 employees in Lex. Park, but 5 others at St. Inigoes, 5 on the base, 5 at Indian Head, 100 bunches more in Crystal City, etc. We had the party at our office in Lex. Park.

I was asked to pick the food and supervise the catering if they need help with something. They asked for extra counter space, so we directed them to an empty office with a desk and table to use.
