Cattamarans.....WTH??????

the best places in calvert i think are jake and al's chop house and roberts deli in prince fredrick the deli is now a nice restaurant at night the food at these two places are bangin great steaks and seafood and pretty nice atmospheres.the prices might be a lil higher then the shack catamarans but you get what you pay for...

CD Cafe is best!!

I don't know of anybody that knows anything about Catamarran's that would eat there. It has a terrible reputation. There was an effort to close all bars in Solomons at 12 midnight all because of problems at Catamarrans. I understand thats on hold to see what the future holds.

If you want a good place to eat in Solomons...go to CD cafe!!

I took my mom to their Sunday Jazz Brunch, in the back restaurant, it was REALLY impressive, everything was just delicious!

Beware of overpricing. My boyfriend and I went there for drinks. We got our bill, added tip, and signed off on it. We check our bank statements online regularly. So three days later, we go online to check our statment and it stated that Catamaran's overcharged us $40 more dollars than our original receipt including tip. We took our complaint to them and they did ABSOLUTELY nothing!!! :burning: Since then, we have never gone back.

You do know that you can call and dispute the charges with your credit card company right?

I like Boomerangs too. It is a different type food from CD Cafe. I think it just depends on what you are interested in at the time. There are a lot of good choices in the Solomons area. Catamaran's is just not one of them!

Catamarans WAS a good place to eat....about 3 years ago. The seafood was some of the best I had. Since then I have gone back twice, each time getting worse. The food turned into a mush of butter and burnt, overcooked shrimp and the music was horrible.


You hear people rave about the restaurant 3 or more years ago....before the switch in owners.
