I went to Dr. Christine Rawlings in Leonardtown. (301) 997-0055. Make sure you pick up the paperwork at the DMV first; the doctors office does not have it.
My license is up for renewal soon and I don't know if this is something new but I also have to get an eye exam from an ophthalomologist. (sp)
