Chair upholstry

Hi all. It's been a while since I've been on here due to my computer going ka-put and some legal issues with my ex. However, I got a new computer and I'm trying to remodel my house somewhat.

I have an antique chair that was passed down to me from my grandmother, and I would like to have recovered. I'd do it myself, but I'm not that handy. Does anyone know of someone in the Lexington Park area that does good work on re-upholstry? I did a search and saw someone mentioned Silver Spring, but that's way too far for me to travel to get a chair recovered.

Thanks in advance.

Ok...I just went and took a picture of it so you could see what parts need to be re-done. The stuffing is coming out of the bottom, but you can't really see that in the picture. The top isn't too bad, but I'm not crazy about the pink fabric.

Any suggestions?

Walkers is excellent for boat and automotive. I have no idea if he does furniture, but if he does, you can't go wrong!

:yeahthat: Jay's a buddy of mine (I was on his pool team for a few years). Going down Chancellor's Run from 235, his place is just past the Elk's Lodge on the left (it's also his house, but he has a sign there). He's usually pretty busy, so it might be best to call first (301) 862-3088.
