Law enforcement agencies throughout Charles County will join together for a sobriety checkpoint on Friday, June 30, for the July Forth weekend.
The goal for this checkpoint is to reduce the number of drunk and drugged drivers on Charles County roadways during the holiday weekend.
Citizens can report suspected drunk and drugged drivers by dialing #77 on their cell phone. This is a free call that is connected to the closest Maryland State Police Barrack.
