Got a ticket for speeding in their invisible school zone. So the school zone ends just before the first entrance to the Board of Education - not today. Since the police have quotas to meet, the school zone ends at Laurel Springs.

Should be a piece of cake to fight. Take pics of the school zone signs and the location of the stop. Also get a map and mark the locations on it for the court date.

Not in the school zone - no. In other words, what I got a ticket for is complete and utter :bs:

Okay. Fight the ticket then and I hope like hell you win.

I am so very blessed
What is the speed limit in the area that you were pulled over? The speed limit in the school zone? How far apart are the two locations?

They're about 1/4 mile apart. That's the length of a dragstrip.

I was doing MAX: 43. Speed Limit is 40. That's enough of a difference to say gage error.

Use that for a defense and report back to us.
