Food

Mission BBQ is donating food for the last stop. We also purchased food from Firehouse Subs so there will be plenty to eat. Bring your appetite!

Prizes

zzzz.jpg There will be a bunch of prizes and raffles in addition to the actual Poker Hand prizes. Accurate Guns and Ammo from Loveville have been supporters of this event for 6 years now. Each year Mark and Chandra have donated a firearm to be raffled. This year they donated a Smith and Wesson M P 22 rifle. Tickets will only be sold at the poker run and it will be legally transferred to the winner the following week.

Best Poker Run in Southern Maryland, good food, good fellowship, great music. What more could you ask for.

These guys do this year after year after year, and it keeps getting better. The Vets that reside at the Charlotte Hall Home LOVE IT! They come out and see all those bikes and start talking and swapping stories with the younger Vets. It's makes you smile inside and out just to see the interaction. That's the small part. USMV MC takes the proceeds and buys all sorts of things, from TVs to socks. Some of these Veterans have no family support so they really don't get "extras" that a family might provide. USMV MC fills that gap very well and they ARE family. This event is what makes it all possible - and if you still aren't convinced to come out and support this effort -- MISSION BBQ ought to put you right over the top. The U.S. Military Vets Motorcycle Club is a great organization and the Southern Maryland Chapter knows how to put together a great Poker Run! www.usmvmcmd3.org

We will have a couple raffles as well. Ask your friends if they have been to this event. I'll bet they had a great time if they have.

Thanks Gilligan! This year's route is about 85 miles and has a few stops that we haven't used in a while. A little change of scenery is good!

This is NOT a group ride. You may ride all by yourself or with friends. There is plenty of time to cover the distance at a very comfortable pace and time to relax for a few at every stop.

Due to a scheduling conflict, HydraFX will not be entertaining you at the last stop on Saturday. Cowboy Crossing will be providing the entertainment. Hope to see everyone there. Signup is from 11:00-12:15 at the Charlotte Hall Veteran's Home.

Tomorrow!

The stops are as follows: All American Harley Davidson, Cryer's Backroad Inn, Ridge American Legion and the last stop is the Lusby American Legion. Free food, great music, awesome raffles and door prizes and the biggest cash prizes of any local poker run!

You don't need a motorcycle to participate. ALL VEHICLES are welcome so load up and come support Maryland's most needy Veterans. See you at the home between 1100 and 1215.

We would like to offer our sincere appreciation to the community for the outpouring of support for this event.
